At LawKosh (https://lawkosh.in), we strive to provide high-quality, practical legal education to our students. Since our Services involve digital content that is delivered instantly upon purchase, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

By enrolling in a course or purchasing a digital resource on LawKosh, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Content Policy (No Refunds)

Due to the nature of digital products—including video lectures, downloadable drafting templates, and study materials—all sales are final.

Unlike physical goods, digital content is deemed “consumed” the moment it is accessed or downloaded. Therefore, LawKosh does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the course access has been granted or the digital download link has been sent.

2. Exceptions to the Policy

We value our students’ satisfaction. Refunds may only be considered in the following strictly defined circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same course twice using the same account, please contact us within 24 hours. We will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
  • Technical Failure: If a technical error on our part prevents you from accessing the course content and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of a formal complaint.
  • Course Cancellation: If LawKosh cancels a scheduled live cohort or webinar before it begins, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled participants.

3. Cancellation of Subscriptions

If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription-based model (if applicable):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the materials until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining days in a billing cycle.

4. Refund Processing

If an exception is granted:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe).
  • Any processing fees charged by the payment gateway may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage our students to contact us directly at mailtootls@gmail.com to resolve any issues. Raising a chargeback or a dispute with your bank without first contacting us will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your LawKosh account and access to all purchased materials.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Nainital and/or the Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital, India.
